At Huner Deals, Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every product you receive meets your expectations. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was received, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Certain types of products are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)
- Personal care items (beauty, hygiene, etc.)
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance or final sale items
Return Process
- Contact our support team at info@hunerdeals.com with your order number, product photos, and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide the return address (U.S. warehouse only).
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
⚠️ Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- A clear photo of the item showing the issue
- Your order number and full name
We will immediately arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and approved:
- Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@hunerdeals.com.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they haven’t been processed or shipped.
Once an order is fulfilled, we’re unable to cancel it.
